A new year and a new me!

One of my biggest goals this year is to run 1000 miles before Dec 31st. Yes you read that right ONE THOUSAND miles. Might sound insane to some. But to me it means that i will finally lose the weight i have been hanging on to for way to long, i will run my first half marathon, and i will get to use my competitive side during races.

How am i going to do this? By running 5 times a week. Training for a half marathon will easily add on the miles.

Whats the funnest part about doing this? That my sweet husband is doing it with me!

I chickened out the other day because it was so darn cold so i ran on the treadmill instead.


I'm starting to slack because of the cold weather but i plan on picking things up this next week. Wish me luck!
